Maddalena FANTI is the widow of Jo Yahich at the origin of the creation of the school of Kep. After 30 years spent in human resources at the E.I.B., she launched her own practice in Brussels as a psychocorporal therapist and hypnologist. Her goal has always been to perpetuate the work of her husband and it is for this reason that she has been part of the team behind the project from the start of K.O.L.

Graduated from the Faculty of Architecture in 2013, Maurizio MORANDINI is freelance architect
from 2017 and is living in Bienno (Lombardy-Italy). He, autonomously, follows and collaborates with
other architecture and engineering firms in the development of building interventions as a whole. He
is one of the founding members of K.O.L. in 2023.

Agnès GUIRONNET – engineer – is a former manager of the scientific police of Lyon and, recently,
retired. She is driven by a passion for Justice, education and the well-being of children. After three
trips to Cambodia, she was deeply touched by the realities that Cambodian children face on a daily
basis and decided to invest herself as a founder of K.O.L.

Eric CLOQUETTE is engineer and has held various management positions since 1982. He has
extensive international experience in the Media sector and in industry in general. As compulsive
traveller, he was deeply affected during his last visit to the Kep region in Cambodia by the state of
the children. He immediately engaged in setting up the structures of K.O.L. to support and help them.

Gérard “Bob” Vandenbergh began his career as a bank manager. He then became Chief Financial Officer and then financial consultant in various major companies in Belgium and then in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, a country where he has settled since his retirement. A tireless traveller, he wanted to bring his support and his knowledge to our project.

Graduate in Finance and Compatibility, Steve Walter has held various management positions in
companies active in various sectors. Driven by humanist values, he was touched to the heart by the
values ​​conveyed by K.O.L and wanted to join the project from its inception.

Quentin Guironnet is a French engineer currently Program Manager at Qonto, the leading SME
finance solution in Europe. Prior to that, he lived in Kuala Lumpur for 4 years where he helped scale a
local challenger bank that supported the underbanked as well as foreign workers. During his time in
South East Asia he travelled around the region and discovered the beauty of Cambodia. Now father
of two, it felt only logical for him to join as a founder of K.O.L to support education there.

KHIEV CHANVOLAK start her career in finance and administration since 2014 after being awarded a
prestigious government scholarship for bachelor degree. Witnessing the transformative
power of education firsthand, she is fascinated about inspiring the next generation to pursue
higher education, believing that by investing in education are invest in the future of the
country. Moreover, hoping to continue developing initiatives that empower young minds and
contribute to Cambodia's human capacity development. This passion and inspiration led her
to join K.O.L.
